You have to applaud their desire when their hit list seems to include the back catalog of Uniton and G.B.H. The Danes are alright for fighting. Oh yeah even if I missed the manc gig by these Warsaw loving youths. They'll be back.

3. Baxter Dury - Happy Soup
   Dunno if it 'its the 'eights of Cocaine Man but is in the same vein i.e twee, deadpan, kitchen sink romance delivered with a derivative (if more downbeat) kinks-y cockernee eccentricity. Fack orf 'how's yr father?' this is pretty good on it's own, despite the same accent. Catchy as fuck, like a more 'old boozer', less Shoreditch Metronomy. Get. Innit tho.

   You know when you REALLY love Tensnake and hoped there were other disco and house heads making music like Tensnake but maybe a bit different and a bit more classic filter-y and sexy repetitive...

It is with deep regret and sadness that we must confirm to the listenership the departure from The Ark of Simon Clifford Pukey. Not only was he the chief engineer of Black Box and an expert in his field but he was also a dear friend.

Not citing ill health as a reason he referred to a desire to pursue more pure and consistent political and philosophical aims with his group Brothers Bear Arms. With this in mind Simon has issued the following statement (referenced in part below) on his Facebook account

'I hereby recognise myself as a sovereign state and here forth remove myself from the digital media light district, severing all ties forthwith. Like all organic creatures I find repose in shadows. I find myself an auratic, autonomous and uncommodifiable individual and refuse any longer to support exploitative frameworks in exchange for vicarious identity & second hand love. Safe voyage my brothers and sisters. The night is long but i will be at your shoulder always. Dont forget.'

This is my musical farewell (i only know how to party not how to grieve) at a loss of a dear brother as relevant as Ersnt, Mayakovsky, Bakunin, Cendrars, Kerouac, Levan, Alkan, Fellini, Prince and every other anarcho-disco legend not mentioned.
